By working together from start to finish, we'll discuss all the event logistics. During the planning process I will provide guidance and assistance. I will construct timelines and deadlines and create plans regarding your on-site details; from venue and vendor management, to set-up and tear-down, to a successful event execution. I’ll ensure every detail is looked after.
Trusting an outsider with any aspect of your wedding can feel stressful—no one knows your dream wedding better than you. That’s why it will be a total partnership between you and me. I’ll start by getting a good overview of where you currently are with your planning and work with you to build a more comprehensive plan to move forward. This will include reviewing contracts, vendor management, wedding day timeline, and logistical coordination. On the day of your wedding, I will be there to manage the venue and vendors and will ensure all details are executed as you planned.
If you're a couple, who is confident in handling the planning process on your own, its important that you have someone to step in and manage your vendors and orchestrate the many details and logistics leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day, I strongly recommend you consider hiring a wedding day event manager.
Being the host and mingling with your guests should be your only concern when hosting an event. I’ll meet with you prior to your event to review your plans. As your Celebration Assistant, I will assist with executing and maintaining the event, assist with set up and tear down including food, drink, décor, etc. I will be there to assist you with all your needs during the event.
Small Dinner Parties
We’ll work side by side with each other to design an efficient online event or meeting. We’ll develop a virtual event plan and program that creates an engaging digital experience for your attendees. I’ll coordinate and oversee all event details, including coordinating logistics, managing production, speaker management and run of show timeline.
