I will construct timelines and deadlines and create plans regarding your on-site details, from venue and vendor management, to set-up and tear-down, to a successful event execution. Being the host and mingling with your guests should be your only concern when hosting an event. I’ll meet with you prior to your event to review your plans. As your Celebration Assistant, I will assist with executing and maintaining the event, assist with set up and tear down including food, drink, décor, etc. I will be there to assist you with all your needs during the event.

Trusting an outsider with any aspect of your wedding can feel stressful—no one knows your dream wedding better than you. That’s why it will be a total partnership between you and me. I’ll start by getting a good overview of where you currently are with your planning and work with you to build a more comprehensive plan to move forward. This will include reviewing contracts, vendor management, wedding day timeline, and logistical coordination. On your wedding day, I will be there to manage the venue and vendors and ensure all details are executed as you planned. Please note that I specialize in weddings with up to 120 guests to ensure I can provide the highest level of attention and service.
If you're a couple confident in handling the planning process on your own, it is important that you have someone step in and manage your vendors and orchestrate the many details and logistics leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day. I strongly recommend that you consider hiring a wedding day event manager.
My fee covers:

Two Experienced On-Site Managers: Myself and a trusted coordinator will be on-site for the entire day—from the moment we are allowed access to the venue until the last vendor leaves, typically 10-15 hours each.

Rehearsal Coordination: I block off two days before your wedding date to ensure availability for your rehearsal and to help with any last-minute preparations.

Pre-Wedding Planning: I conduct a full venue walkthrough and meet with you at least five times before the event to discuss all the details.

Vendor Coordination: I meet with each of your vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page and that the day's timeline runs smoothly.

Logistical Support: I come to your home to pick up any supplies or personal items that need to be transported to the venue, adding convenience to your day.
On average, I dedicate 40-50 hours to your wedding, from preparation through execution, because I see my role as an extension of you on your wedding day. I aim to ensure that everything runs seamlessly so you can enjoy your day without any stress.
