We’ll work side by side with each other to design an efficient online event or meeting. We’ll develop a virtual event plan and program that creates an engaging digital experience for your attendees. I’ll coordinate and oversee all event details, including coordinating logistics, managing production, speaker management and run of show timeline.

It will be a total partnership between you and me. I’ll  start by getting a good overview of where you currently are with your planning and work with you to build a more comprehensive plan to move forward. This includes discussions on your venue, various vendors, and production. I’ll then create  your event day timeline and logistics timeline, and more. On the day of your event I will there to manage the venue and vendors and will ensure all details are executed as planned.

By working together from start to finish, we'll discuss all the event logistics. During the planning process I will provide guidance and assistance. I will construct timelines and deadlines and create plans regarding your on-site details; from venue and vendor management, to set-up and tear-down, to a successful event execution. I’ll ensure every detail is looked after.

04.

Being the host and mingling with your guests should be your only concern when hosting an event. I’ll meet with you prior to your event to review your plans. As your Celebration Assistant, I will assist with executing and maintaining the event, assist with set up and tear down including food, drink, décor, etc. I will be there to assist you with all your needs during the event.

05.
  • Assistance in assembling and sending out invitations

  • Assistance with the printing of invitations / agendas / menus (not design)

  • Event supplies transport and delivery

  • Return of rental items after the event

  • Attendee welcome bags assembly, packaging and delivery to venue

  • Extra hours of event management on the event day
